1. Write an 1500 - 2000 words essay
that describes a pratical scenario of applying one or all of the Bayesian
approaches, presented during these lectures, to your own research. Here are few
starting points: Try to formulate at least one quantitative research question /
problem that could be solved with both Bayesian and traditional frequentistic
modeling. Describe how you would use Bayesian modeling to solve the problem:
Write about the method (including at least description of real or fictive
sample, data collection, statistical procedures and which one of the Bayesian
modeling approaches you choose to use). Compare traditional frequentistic and
Bayesian modeling approach considering solving the problem(s). Try to ponder
pros and coins of both approaches. Memorize lectures and read articles, at
least those provided in the course. Refer to them using APA -style references.
